Sheraton San Diego Resort

Our experience was exceptional all thanks to the evening manager Myron. Had an amazing stay & thank you for an amazing room. Breakfast was also exquisite. Nice walking path. Cons: parking is overpriced, day shift need to learn manners & how to welcome guests from the evening shift. Shuttle cuts off at midnight. There are flights due to delays that end up arriving later. Needed to end up taking an Uber w/ a baby. If that is the case reimburse the rideshare like the courtyard down the road. Definitely will stay here again.

I really wanted to take a moment to express how wonderful my stay at Sheraton was. I would like to highlight the employee PAZ from the restaurant, as she was a cheerful interaction everyday I was there. Greeting me with a smile each time I met her and I would walk out feeling so happy. MR. ERIC was also another employee that went above and beyond. I had some friends travel 2.5 hours to meet me and Mr. Eric helped me find a parking spot for them. These moments of kindness stay with me! Thank you thank you thank you!

I just want to take a moment to recognize how amazing the hospitality at this hotel has been. I accidentally locked myself out of my room, and the staff quickly sent someone to help me get back in. They asked all the right identity questions to make sure I was actually a guest(on the phone), which I really appreciated from a security standpoint. Later, I mentioned that I needed toothpaste and asked if I could stop by in the morning to grab some. Instead, they immediately sent someone up to my room with toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash. That small gesture honestly made my night. The level of hospitality, service, and attention to detail here has been outstanding. The staff has been absolutely amazing!

The hotel is directly across the street from the airport, and you wouldn’t even know because you can’t hear the airplanes. The hotel is literally next or near to everything. What a great facility. They have several places to eat at. They also have a nice pool area and a great workout facility. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. We had a great view of the harbor.

Harmony saved our trip!!! Came here for a get away over the Valentine’s Day weekend and had an exceptional time. Be sure when booking to make sure it’s for the main tower and not the bay tower. It’s worth staying at the resort it has many great amenities and our view was AMAZING. Plenty of cute places to visit nearby will definitely be returning!

If you’re flying into San Diego late and cruising out early, this hotel gets it. We arrived around midnight and while the check-in line was a bit long, the convenient airport shuttle was a lifesaver after a travel day. Once in the room, it was smooth sailing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and came with a beautiful bay view—exactly what you want when you finally unwind. The balcony was a standout, offering lovely views of the bay and the downtown bridge, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or sunset wind-down. Breakfast was complimentary and delightful, an easy win before heading out. What really made this stay shine was how cruise-friendly it is: late arrival? No problem. Late checkout? Huge bonus. Stress-free transition from plane to ship. Overall, a great pre-cruise stay with views, comfort, and convenience all wrapped up in one. A solid choice for travelers who want an easy, relaxing start to their San Diego adventure

Excellent service, very accommodating to my frail mother who had just been discharged from ER. The view from the room was unmatched. We had buffet breakfast at Rumorosa the morning after. Food was delicious! Ara (who is in charge of the omelette station) provided the BEST service. She brightened up my mom’s day and made her feel taken care of. Will definitely recommend and return!

Last minute trip to San Diego just for 1 night and decided to stay closer to the airport. It is a beautiful property! And I mean property because it's not just a single building. I wasn't aware that I had initially booked the second building which is a 8 min walk. They do have golf carts taking you back and forth. Thankfully Harmony who checked me in got me an upgraded room in the main building with a stunning view of the bay and downtown skyline. It is a little secluded in that I didn't see many options for parking outside of the hotel which is expensive. I decided to return my rental car since the hotel a free airport shuttle which was quick and efficient! They've got lots of activities and nice pools that I would've used if I had stayed longer. Definitely a good stay if you have kids! Yes you can hear the planes flying overhead constantly...it is that close to the airport but it was more like white noise for me. If you are a light sleeper and really sensitive to noise then this may not be the sport for you but again wasn't in anyway an inconvenience!
